I am now in my golden years, am a mother and a grandmother of three. All along I am a full time housewife or I should say a domestic engineer I love cooking: WESTERN, ASIAN AND CHINESE and flower arrangement. I love baking and lately into basic fondant and gum paste.
About a month ago, I took a class on the 'Basics of Making Fondant and Gum Paste'. The class was held at Bake with Yen in Puchong under the expertise Chef Asma. It was really fun and satisfying when we decorated our own cupcakes. The outcome of the hands on training was really amazing, especially with the attractively decorated cupcakes that was too adorable to eat.
