BARBIE PRINCESS CAKE

Time really passes so fast, my granddaughter Princess Judith loves Barbie Princess, so I made her a Barbie Princess for her 7th Birthday. Although, it was time consuming making the Barbie's skirt, it was really worth the effort cos' she was really happy when she saw the cake. She keep on asking a lot of question; whether I made the cake and does Barbie has a dress?etc

Javiers"s 5th birthday

It was my youngest grandson's 5Th birthday on Tuesday the 23rd of March. He likes "Kirby" so I decided to make him a Kirby cake, using the chocolate mosaic technique. I have tried to get the design from the net, but it was not to my to my satisfaction, so with the help of my daughter Elena(Javier's Mum) we made the cake successfully. Every one were delighted including the birthday boy Javier. He ate his birthday cake but minus the pink chocolates, maybe it reminds him of his favourite character "KIRBY". When he was about to cut the cake, everybody were so sad the we have to cut the cute Kirby.

My sweet sensations, My creation

Little Victor's First Birthday.

Butter cake

My daughter Elaine and I were matchmakers for little Victors parents Annie and Patrick. Annie is Elaine's good friend and Patrick is my BEC member. Both are very compatible and little Victor is a miracle child, because when Annie was pregnant, she has hypertension, and for the safety of both mother and child, Annie has to go through the Cesarean when she was into her six and a half month, little Victor were brought into this world. A lot of prayers were said, it is indeed God's miracle, through his Almighty blessings and graces. He is now a bubbly, loving and healthy child which is God's gift to his parents. We celebrated Victors first birthday on the 1st of December. I made him a birthday cake.
