My First Attempt at Home, Making Fondant

My first attempt on my own after the class with Chef Asma, will not so appealing, hope to go for further classes to improve my skill and more practices to make one perfect.

My First Try on Fondant & Gum Paste

About a month ago, I took a class on the 'Basics of Making Fondant and Gum Paste'. The class was held at Bake with Yen in Puchong under the expertise Chef Asma. It was really fun and satisfying when we decorated our own cupcakes. The outcome of the hands on training was really amazing, especially with the attractively decorated cupcakes that was too adorable to eat.

Food Galore

I love to entertain my friends with home cooked food. I will usually cook up a storm for my family and invited guest especially those single parents to join in the celebration as a family during Holy Easter, Reunion dinner, birthdays and Christmas. This the time for sharing our joy and fellowship together.
